Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how Planendar handles your data on the web app and mobile application.

1. Data Collection & Local-First Philosophy

Planendar is designed as a local-first application. This means:

• Your schedules, notes, and goals are stored locally on your device (in your browser's LocalStorage or local app database).
• We do not have access to, read, or sell any of your planning entries.

2. Cloud Synchronization (Firebase)

If you choose to log in using Google Authentication, your local calendar configuration will sync securely with our Firebase Cloud Database to back up your data and let you access it across different devices. This data includes:

• Your created task categories, goals, preferences, and custom sticky notes.
• Your basic Google profile information (Name, Email ID, and Profile photo) used to identify your account.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party integrations to provide specific services:

• Google Firebase: For user authentication and secure database synchronization.
• EmailJS: Used when you manually submit a bug report. This routes your specified report content (Name, Email, and message body) to our support inbox.

4. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete your local calendar database or clear your account backups at any time inside the app settings.
